About

Built from real delivery work.

This page covers who built ScopePacket, what experience shaped it, and the boundaries around the product.

Founder context

Built from real local-business delivery work.

ScopePacket is shaped by more than 10 years in software development and 80+ delivered local-business websites. The founder shares work and notes publicly as @bobloppety on X.

  • Built for freelancers and one-person studios selling local-business websites.
  • Built from repeat local-business delivery in Europe, not hypothetical agency positioning.
  • Focused on proven process, clean execution, and realistic buyer expectations.

Public presence

@bobloppety on X is the public account referenced on the site.

Named testimonials are shared only with written permission. Some buyer-specific work is not shown publicly.

Why it exists

Why sell this if the model already works?

Because local-business website work is not a zero-sum market. There are millions of businesses across different cities, regions, and countries, and one person cannot personally serve all of them. Sharing the model does not reduce the founder's own opportunity. It gives other serious buyers a cleaner starting point while the founder keeps covering his own local market.

  • The market is local enough that buyers in other regions do not cancel out the founder's own pipeline.
  • The product packages proven delivery experience into a separate asset instead of keeping it locked inside one business.
  • The goal is to help buyers move faster toward a first sane websites offer, not to promise guaranteed outcomes.

Support boundaries

Support covers onboarding, access issues, and product clarification. It does not become custom implementation, custom sales advice for every niche, or unlimited consulting.
