How ScopePacket handles analytics, checkout, support, and buyer communications across the public site.
This privacy page explains what information ScopePacket handles on the public site, why it is handled, and which third parties are involved when someone browses, checks out, or asks for support.
ScopePacket keeps the public site intentionally simple. Most information is provided directly by you or by the payment provider handling checkout.
Payments, receipts, and order records are handled by Polar. ScopePacket receives the order details needed to confirm payment, deliver access, answer support questions, and manage refunds or fraud reviews.
If repo or documentation access is provisioned after checkout, the related email address and order state may be used to complete that handoff.
ScopePacket uses GDPR Metrics for optional analytics. The script is blocked by default and loads only after you accept analytics cookies.
Analytics is used to understand which pages, proof sections, and checkout paths are useful so the site can be improved without loading non-essential tracking by default.
Support messages, order records, and delivery notes are kept only as long as they are needed to run the product, answer support requests, handle refunds, or maintain reasonable business records.
Reasonable technical and organizational steps are used to protect that information, but no online service can promise absolute security.
You can reject analytics cookies, change your cookie preference later, ask privacy questions, or request support through [email protected].
If a mandatory local privacy law gives you additional rights, ScopePacket will work in good faith to honor those rights for the information it actually controls.
