Refund expectations for a digital product delivered through private access and documentation.
ScopePacket is sold as digital content with private repo and documentation access. This refunds page explains when delivery begins, how the 14-day withdrawal right is affected by immediate access consent in checkout, and which statutory remedies still remain available.
ScopePacket is delivered digitally through buyer documentation and private access rather than through a physical shipment.
Delivery begins when access to the private GitHub repository and private buyer documentation is granted after purchase.
Because access can usually be corrected quickly, support is the first step when a paid buyer does not receive the expected handoff.
During checkout, the buyer expressly requests immediate access to the digital content before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledges that, once delivery begins, the 14-day withdrawal right is lost.
For that reason, no refund will be issued on the basis of the 14-day withdrawal right once the private repo or buyer documentation has been accessed after that consent has been given.
Refund requests are reviewed against delivery status, actual access state, and whether an unresolved support issue prevented the buyer from receiving what they paid for.
Requests may be declined where the product was delivered as described, where material private content has already been accessed, or where the issue can be fixed through normal support.
Nothing on this page limits statutory remedies that may apply in cases of non-delivery or lack of conformity with the contract.
