What you are buying

ScopePacket is sold as a business-model-first packet of code, documentation, templates, and reusable delivery assets for repeat local-business website work.

The seller is ScopePacket. The public site explains the offer, while checkout and receipt handling are completed through Polar.

Updates and support

The current purchase includes lifetime updates to the ScopePacket starter and the accompanying business-model material for as long as ScopePacket continues offering those updates.

Light buyer support covers onboarding, access, delivery questions, and product clarification. It does not create an open-ended consulting or implementation obligation.

Boundaries and buyer responsibility

• ScopePacket is not sold as guaranteed income, done-for-you delivery, legal advice, or open-ended consulting.
• You are responsible for how you apply the packet in your own business and client work.
• Prices, inclusions, and support boundaries are governed by the offer shown at the time of purchase.

Checkout and disputes

Checkout is hosted by Polar. By continuing to checkout, you leave the public site and enter a Polar-managed payment flow.

That checkout also requires the buyer to expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that the buyer will lose the 14-day withdrawal right once delivery begins.

If a dispute arises, the parties should first try to resolve it directly through [email protected] before escalating to a formal claim.

Changes to these terms

ScopePacket may update these terms when the product, delivery path, or support model changes.

The latest public version will always be posted on this site with the most recent update date.
