Legal
License terms for using ScopePacket in solo-operator client work without reselling the packet itself.
This license explains how a buyer may use ScopePacket after purchase. It is designed for a solo operator who wants to adapt the packet for their own service business and client delivery work.
A paid buyer may use ScopePacket to plan, build, adapt, and deliver websites or related deliverables for their own client work.
You may modify the code, copy, checklists, and delivery material inside your own operating process so long as ScopePacket remains part of the work you run directly.
Clients may receive the final websites, content structures, and delivery outputs you create for them, but they do not receive ownership of the ScopePacket product or the right to extract it into their own template resale offering.
Buying ScopePacket gives you a right to use the packet in your business. It does not transfer ownership of ScopePacket itself.
All product IP, branding, and original packet materials remain owned by ScopePacket.
If you materially breach this license, access or future updates may be suspended until the issue is resolved.
